The quality of life and strong sense of community drew the Nolan family to La Center. With an MBA from George Fox University, and twenty years of law enforcement service with the Sheriff ’s Office; Mike Nolan is eager to serve. Responsible growth, fiscal accountability and sustaining the quality of life citizens have come to know, are priorities Mike Nolan will address when elected to the La Center City Council. Mike’s service to the Heritage Ridge Homeowner’s Association, his church and Clark County have given him the necessary experience to be a great leader for the citizens of La Center.
