2. Is taking the life of a pre-born child through abortion ever permissible?

Yes, but only to save the life of the mother after EVERYTHING has been done to save the lives of both.
 
 

3. The 14th Amendment states: "...nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." Do you believe that the child in the womb is a person protected by the 14th amendment?

                                                                       I am opposed to gambling, as it is very costly & destructive to the health of the nation.

I have come to this country with nothing. I have built a successful high-tech business that employs people with good wages and benefits.  I have been a responsible citizen, respected business leader, a technology guru, husband, and father to my eight children.  I have been active in my church (Lutheran) all my life.  I respect and hold dear the rule of law.  I know history very well and I understand how an economy works.
