Dear Voters of Clark County:
I am Sherry Erickson, a candidate for Clark Public
Utilities Commissioner, District 1. This position is
nonpartisan. The commissioners are responsible for
the policies and operations of our local utility
company, which are technical and financial in
nature.
As a wife and mother of three children, I have a
profound respect for the sanctity of human life.
As a parent, I strive to teach my children to love,
serve and respect others, to be honest and to be
law-abiding citizens. My husband and I believe
the family unit is fundamental to our society.
Our faith has strengthened our family and me.
My mechanical engineering degree, MBA and 18 years
of relevant work experience make me uniquely
qualified to serve the people of Clark County. My
values will complement and enhance those
qualifications.
